Quit job

Recently, my wife always complains about her new superior who extremely like yelling at her subordinates no matter where you are at that moment. She especially liked to reprimand others who failed to live up her high standards, she thought it's a good way to improve her prestige in public, because of this, there are high ratio of resignation than normal and there are already 3 guys leaving here within one month due to can't stand this kind of management mode all day long. The reason why she has so arrogant attitude toward to others because of her identity of Taiwanese in Taiwanese company. Even though she had a brush with other departments, she as usual never put it in the eyes.In return for this, she absolutely got a terrible reputation in company, meanwhile, it caused some trouble to her subordinates that how to get along with other department's colleagues. The consequences of doing this more than that, at least it stimulated the relationship becoming more and more nervous.

I can't imagine what's the final result if the situation continues to keep on going. But, I can image that the superior is not a successful manager even she has how excellent professional knowledge. As a lady who doesn't control her mood, it should be a fragile heart in the deep. So, when my wife was in hesitant if she chose to quit job or keep this situation until the end of this year. I advised her leaving there and didn't postpone any more.
